SUPER EASY GINGERBREAD BISCUITS

A little spicy biscuity treat - yum!

It's not long 'til Christmas so bake up a treat...
...with this Cookie recipe all the family will have something to eat!

Ingredients:
• 75g dairy free margarine
• 60g light brown soft sugar
• 2 tbsp carob fruit syrup
• 270g plain flour
• 1/4 tsp bicarb of soda
• 2 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg
Method:
1. Cream together margarine and sugar.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
3. Weigh out 25g portions of dough and roll into balls. Flatten with palms and place on a grease-proof paper lined baking tray. Bake at 180c for 10 minutes, rotate tray and bake for another 5 minutes until an even golden brown.
4. I said they were easy - enjoy!
